anyway, this is Harvey. he's a gutterpunk, although not very hardcore. ( he can't stand anything unhygenic ) he's created this sort of manufactured persona of himself. think Sid Vicious Lite. Harvey likes to PRETEND he's hardcore, but he's not. when he goes broke, he lives off of mummy and daddy.

i'll be drawing him more often, because he's sort of awesome. normally doesn't wear anything that covers his mouth, though.

harvey's name has always amused me. it's like, a clown's name. i associate the name with buffoonery and that stupid guy from that Sabrina show ( her boyfriend was named Harvey )

he insists that people call him "Harvo", because it sounds slightly less ridiculous.
